Location data: With your permission, we collect your approximate location to personalize your experience. Location is collected only while the app is in the foreground.

With other event participants, limited to event-related information (dishes, names, chat messages)
With authentication providers (Google, Apple) for sign-in purposes
With AI services for dish suggestion generation — only event context is shared, not personal data

6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal cookies and local storage for essential functionality only: authentication sessions, language preferences, and theme settings. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your personal information from our systems within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
PotLuck Planner is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
